Apart from her education, Erica also has a passion for entrepreneurship. When she was 17 years old, she founded a makeup brand to promote inclusivity and offer a wide range of diverse shades for all. Being a business owner at such a young age allowed her to understand important financial literacy skills and why personal finances are essential in her everyday life. She soon noticed a lack of financial education being taught in her community’s schools, which inspired her to launch a free online education platform to provide students with the knowledge and skills they need to expand their financial knowledge. Through partnerships with educational institutions and an online platform that is accessible to students worldwide, her goal is to educate and empower students to understand their finances and set them up for a lifetime of financial success. 

In addition to her entrepreneurial endeavors, she finds joy in traveling, attending Pilates classes, and indulging in hobbies that reflect her vibrant interest such as dining out to explore various culinary delights and having spa days to unwind. Erica takes about five vacations annually, driven by her enthusiasm for exploring diverse cultures and witnessing the unique charm of various cities. Along with her global adventures, she maintains a disciplined fitness routine, attending Pilates classes three times a week to prioritize her commitment to a healthy lifestyle!
