“Diana Meyer proudly holds the title of United States of America’s Mrs., making history as the first-ever representative from New Jersey to win the national pageant. She earned this honor after representing the Garden State as United States of America’s Mrs. New Jersey at the national competition in Las Vegas, Nevada.

A true embodiment of the United States of America Pageants’ motto—Empower Women, Inspire Others, Uplift Everyone—Diana exemplifies what it means to be a Brand Ambassador. As United States of America's Mrs. New Jersey, she made over 85 high-impact appearances across the country, volunteering 170 hours and traveling more than 10,000 miles. In just her first four months as the national titleholder, she has made over 40 appearances, volunteered more than 100 hours and traveled 5,000 miles. Diana has also found unprecedented success in growing United States of America Pageants by recruiting contestants and Partners nationwide.

Diana and her husband, Sergeant First Class Joshua Meyer, reflect the core values of the American spirit—service, strength, and unity. Together, they live on Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst in New Jersey, a military community deeply rooted in those principles.

Professionally, Diana brings over eight years of business development experience and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Media and Communication from St. John Fisher University in Rochester, New York. She currently works at Paychex, a nationally recognized leader in human capital management solutions. In her role, Diana supports employers across the country by implementing competitive 401(k) retirement plans, promoting long-term financial wellness for employees.

Ten years ago, Diana founded "Reaching for a Fearless Future", a youth-driven initiative dedicated to helping teens build confidence and realize their potential. Through this platform, she has volunteered over 900 hours, reaching more than 4,500 students across 80 schools and 60 Girl Scout troops nationwide. Her mission is personal—she strives to be the woman she once needed growing up, a calling that led her to USOA long before she wore the crown.

A dedicated athlete, Diana runs a 5K every single day and proudly partners with Planet Fitness to encourage women to prioritize their physical and mental well-being. Outside of fitness, she is a classically trained flutist, enjoys homemade pizza nights with Josh, and even finds thrill in skydiving.”
