Bailey Fritsch

Bailey Fritsch is a compassionate and dedicated social service coordinator who has spent the past 14 years serving older adults through the Nutrition Program for Older Adults. Based in Ewing, New Jersey, Bailey ensures that individuals aged 60 and older receive at least one-third of their recommended daily nutritional intake while also connecting them with vital supportive services. Her work is rooted in empathy, advocacy, and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by aging populations. Bailey is especially passionate about addressing food insecurity—the lack of consistent access to enough food for an active, healthy life—and the significant impact it has on both physical health and emotional well-being.
With a background in pastry arts and a certification in event planning from the New York Institute of Art and Design, Bailey has combined her creativity with her calling to serve others. She is currently pursuing a degree in Organizational Leadership to enhance her ability to lead change in the nonprofit and human services sectors. As a single mother to her son, Benjamin, she is driven to create a better, more secure world, not only for him but for every individual struggling with hunger. Her mission is to bring recognition to the realities of food insecurity, advocate for long-term solutions, and work toward filling every food pantry with the essential resources needed for people to thrive. Through education and outreach, she hopes to shift public perception, promote healthy eating habits, and elevate the importance of nutrition in every stage of life.
Outside of her professional and academic pursuits, Bailey enjoys crafting, cooking, and spending quality time with her family. She is an avid reader of James Patterson novels and finds inspiration in attending live musicals. A devoted animal lover, her home is filled with five beloved pets, two dogs, a rabbit, a bearded dragon, and a pig. Bailey’s warmth, commitment, and tireless work ethic have made her a beacon of hope in her community. Through her hands-on efforts and heartfelt advocacy, she continues to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others—one meal, one conversation, and one connection at a time.
